Why do larger samsung lcd tv's take longer to come on then smaller ones?

My Samsung 26 inch HDTV T260 Montior turns on faster then my 46" Samsung Tv Monitor? I just think its odd that one takes longer to turn on just because of its size.

1. Because they have to charge a larger capacitor for the backlight... it takes more time.
