LCD TV Rating

I asked a question earlier about the best 46" lcd tv from Walmart?

I am getting responses saying Sony or Samsung, but none of them at Walmart have the 120 hz refresh rate. I am thinking about the Toshiba or RCA. The RCA has an audio leveler which I like, but the Toshiba is higher rated. Because I watch alot of sports (NASCAR) is there a big noticeable difference between 60hz and 120hz refresh rate on a television that big?
