2. Try CNET has lots of reviews about pretty much every piece of technology...
3. cnet.com also read customer reviews at bestbuy.com, circut city.com etc.. but keep in mind who these consumers are....most of them may not know their ass from their elbow, but they have 5k to drop on a tele so they do and bitch because it does not make coffee for them. & GOOD LUCK CHOOSING!!
