LCD TV Rating

is it possible to mount LCD televisions on a wall?

I want to get an LCD TV and want to put it on my wall in my room. Is this possible, or can I only do that with plasma screens?

1. Yes, LCD TVs can also be mounted on the wall. Get a good quality wall mount kit and make sure you get it anchored into the wall studs.
2. You can with LCDs too, provided they are Flat Panel, & rather thin. I saw a stand in the Future Shop flyer that allows you to fasten your flat panel onto it at the same height as on the wall & also put your other stuff on 3 strong glass shelves beneath the TV. That way, it takes up no more space, & you don't need to find the studs & trash your room to hang it up.
3. I just bought an LCD 26" for my den. Make sure you buy a good mounting kit and you can mount it with no problem.
