  1. You should have a Graphics card or HDMI converter to do so...
  2. You may have a PC Port on the television itself in which case you can simply plug it in with a normal monitor cable (no sound of course - this would require you to have a lead from your sound card also to your tv). Or as was said earlier if you have a Graphics card that supports HDMI and your television also supports it you could go that route (again no sound)
  3. If the TV supports VGA, then it should work fine depending if you have a different video card which supports DVI, but VGA should work.
  4. If you want to use the HDMI port on your LCD HDTV to connect to your computer, your computer must have either a DVI or HDMI port. If your computer has a DVI port, you use a DVI-to-HDMI cable. If your computer has HDMI, you use a standard HDMI cable. If your computer only has old analog 15-pin VGA, then you cannot use the HDMI on your TV unless you upgrade your computer to a better graphics card with DVI or HDMI (assuming your computer has an AGP or PCIExpress 16x slot to accept the better graphics card). Hope this helps. EDITED TO ADD: Nope. That TV tuner card is absolutely irrelevent. It's for receiving a TV signal to capture video onto your computer, not for connecting to a display.
  5. Yes it is.
