I'm planning to buy a lcd tv (46 to 50 inches). Which brand or model will u recommend?

I have found a 46" Toshiba LCD TV 46XV540U (1080i/p, 1920 x 1080, 10-Bit LCD Panel, Video Scan Rate: ClearFrame 120Hz 5:5 Pulldown Option) for US$1200 + tax (This has 3 years warranty included) in a Houston store. Is this a good TV?
