LCD TV Rating

What is the resolution rating of my LCD flatscreen TV?

I bought a Samsung DNIe flatscreen HDTV, LCD, about a year ago....at the time, I was not familiar with the technology, just impressed with the picture quality. I didn't ask technical questions about how many lines of resolution it produces and all. Does anyone know the answer? It comes in handy for watching hi-res DVDs...the picture quality is astounding.
