The LC37X20E is more expensive in shops than the LC37D65E and am torn which to choose. Why is there a difference in price and also which one is reccomended. I cannot find a review for the new model. Or is another tv recomended. Both are 1080p

Advice appreciated on whether to repair the broken Sharp 37d7u 37" lcd tv or not.? 1.5 yr old Sharp 37" 37d7u lcd tv doesn't power on. Power board is bad and costs $250. Is it worth repairing ? My worry is if there are some more probs beyond the power board (like in main board), I don't want to spend any more money and this $250 will go down the drain. Another worry is if this level of bad quality is all over the tv (not just the power board) or if the new power board is also of bad quality, it may not worth to repair it. We might as well buy a more reliable brand. Thank you for your expert opinion in advance. From your experience, what is the probability of my two worries becoming reality ? It's Sharp Aquos brand BTW. Answers to answers: To wisecat : Parts can be gotten from sears.com (search for parts). Or, go to sharp.com and look for your nearest parts distributor like andrewselectronics.com. To jjki: Here is a link that made me think older Aquoss are pieces of junk. http://forum.ecoustics.com/bbs/messages/2/164664.html. And here is another consumer reports kind of link from UK that proves it. 17% failure rate for Sharps vs. 5% for Sonys/Toshibas. http://www.which.co.uk/reports_and_campaigns/audio_visual/reports/television/watching/Widescreen%20TVs/Conventional_widescreen_tvs_essential_guides_574_59539_5.jsp. Hence I didn't want to waste anymore money and sold it. Will buy a Sony a year later. Problem with my Sharp Aquos 37" LCD TV.? "I am having a problem with my Sharp Aquos 37" LCD TV. The problem is that there are green pixels showing up where something dark is showing on the screen. Any clues as to resolution of this? Thanks!!!"
EASY 10POINTS!! i have problem with the dark or night scenes on my 37" sharp aquos LCD tv? i have already adjusted the black settings, since it's only on or off. i've adjusted the contrast, brightness, etc... but still, in dark movies, the black tone is sooo black that i can't see the details in the dark. it's fine when the scenes are daytine or outdoor. what will i do? i am using 37" sharp aquos LCD tv hooked it up to a pioneer HD DVD player and used an HDMI cable for connections. by the way, my tv faces a window but with curtains... does this matter?
Sharp 37' LCD Screen Green Haze? I have had my Sharp LCD TV for just under two years. turned it on this morning no drama what so ever. Came home from work 9 hours later and i noticed a green haze. I thought it might have been sky so i took all the cables out and started with normal TV but still there is a green haze. I am worried that this may cost a small mortgage so any advice would help. I havent had anyone look at it yet and thought it might just be worth buying a new TV reluctantly. If so any ideas what to get i want a 40 inch screen top of the range if possible? the gren haze does not go away :(
Whats the best way to upscale my Sharp Aquos LCD tv? I have recently purchased a Sharp Aquos (LC-37XD1E) 37" LCD TV. I currently do not recieve any HD tv, and am not planning on subscribing to any. I have read about Freeview Upscalers, and DVD upscalers. Whats the pros and cons of upscaling. I will be getting a DVD upscaler in the future (Seems stupid as I have a good home entertainment kit, but not upscaled). But what about Freeview? I have seen freeview boxes that can upscale to 1080 for £24.99, but are they worth it? Thanks.
What is your preferred LCD TV to be used as a monitor? READ CAREFULLY here. I have a Sharp Aquos 37" LCD TV. There were many different models of the 37" Aquos LCD TV. Some came with a VGA adapter, some came with a DVI (HDMI) adapter, and some didn't come with any. The native resolution is an awkward one. I've connected my computer to this television in every possible way, using every possible cable at every possible resolution. I either get no picture, blurry picture, pixelated picture or ghosted picture. When used as a TV, it is awesome! When used as a monitor, it is very poor. I WANT EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCED OPINION on what they prefer as an LCD TV (not plasma) and I want all the specs too please. I want to know what cable you are using and how it connects. Is it composite, component, DVI/HDMI VGA S-video whatever. I want to know what video card, what resolution on the card AND what the native (preferred/default) resolution is on the LCD TV. What size it the TV, the model # etc. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
EXACTLY how do you have your computer connected to your LCD TV? READ CAREFULLY here. I have a Sharp Aquos 37" LCD TV. There were many models of the 37" Aquos. Mine didn't come with a VGA adapter. It came with an HDMI, Component, Composite & S-Video adapter. At 37" the native resolution is not common and video cards struggle with it. I've connected 3 computers to this TV in every possible way, using every possible cable & resolution. Is it composite, component, DVI/HDMI VGA S-video and coax. I want to know what video card & resolution YOU are pushing. What the native (preferred/default) resolution is on the LCD TV. What size is the TV, the model # etc. Please don't try to solve my issue, just tell me what you run!
MY LCD TV is displaying solid lines of either white or red, is my TV dead or can i be repaired? The TV is about 2-3yo and has been progressively getting worse. It started with about 6 lines of colors (red or white) to now just about the whole screen. TV worked fine at first but noticed it getting worse through time (more steady lines, some flashing red). Could this be the digital processor, board, or is it just dead and cost too much to repair?? My TV is a SHARP AQUOS 37" LCD...hope this helps!
Sharp 37 LCD Display Issues? We just brought home our new 37" Sharp LCD HDTV last night. When they inspected the TV before we left, they forgot to put the manual back in the box. Our TV seems to have a split screen. Almost like it was used as a Demo model, half of the screen is clear and sharp (obviously digital), and the other half if clearly not. On colors like skin tone, and bright colors you can totally see the distinct line right down the middle of the TV, splitting the two sections. Does anyone have any idea how to get this to a normal screen?

Is this 37" Sharp Aquos the bigger version of the 32" Sharp Aquos gaming TV and is it as...? ...good despite a lower contrast? Is this TV, the Sharp Aquos LC37GP1U 37" 1080p LCD HDTV as good as the Sharp Aquos LC32GP1U 32" 1080p LCD Gaming HDTV despite the fact that it has a lower dynamic contrast ratio? They both look the same to me I am just wondering if there is a different, they both have 1080p, 6ms response time, and the Vyper Drive, only the dynamic contrast ratio is lower. Is this TV just the bigger version of the gaming TV and Is it just as good?
32 inch vizio or 37 inch vizio LCD TV? I did a search on yahoo answers for this, so now I figured I'd ask it for myself and get my own answers. I'm 18 years old, always saving up my money and either spending it on bills or fixing my damn car, and its about time I get something for myself for a change. I'm wanting to get a LCD HDTV and a PS3 soon. First I plan on getting the tv, but im not sure which one to get. I work at kmart, so I get a discount at Sears as well, and I'm torn between the 32 and 37 inch vizio's. I'm not sure if I should spend just a little bit more for the 37 or not? and is Vizio a good brand or not? I mean, I know its no samsung or sharp, but there's gotta be someone out there whose had a vizio for quite a while who can give some feedback. Also, will these TV's have awesome quality for a PS3 or a blu-ray dvd?
Do HDMI cables make a difference in an 37" LCD TV? I just bought an LCD HD Sony Bravia 37", 1.366 x 768 resolution (HD, not full HD) and I found the image to be disappointing. I know it has to do with signal source quality, I still I haven't switched to Directv HD, I have the regular 4:3 Directv satellite signal, but I also have a PS3 blu-ray and blah blah blah and the image still shows at 480i or 480p, something like that. Both my PS3 and Directv are connected with standard RCA cables (yellow, red and white), and the TV does not let me switch to a higher resolution, it simply doesn't have that option, just a couple of HDMI connectors in the back. I was wondering if this TV switches automatically when you plug the HDMI cables from 480 to 720p? Will I be able to tell the difference? Right now I'm even thinking the image was better in my old regular tv. Any thoughts or suggestions?. What am I doing wrong? the satellite signal sucks, but why does my PS3 image suck as well? Will the HDMI cables make it sharper? I tried the display settings on my PS3 but it doesn't let me, It asks my type of video cables but that's it, no resolution menu, that's why I was thinking it had to do with the analog RCA cables. Another thing, will the REALLY expensive ones make any difference compared to the cheap ones? At least the included a 5.1 surround system.
HD TV looking really bad? I got a 37 in Plasma LCD Sharp TV. Soon after i started to use HD with it. i thought i was hooking it up right because it was just one cord (HD cord) that i got from Comcast. I never had HD before this so i thought it looked normal but more recently i got surround sound for the TV and it has HD hook ups. So i plug one end into the TV and the other into the surround sound. BUt after i started watching it, it looked really bad. not at all like the ones at stores. it looks like static TV but instead of white the TV has colors from what I'm watching. i thought it might have been the fact that i wiped the LCD TV with a LCD and Plasma cleaning wipes i bought. i don't no if that had an effect??? Also before i had surround sound i used HD with my Xbox 360 so i could change the picture settings like 1080p or 1080i. but all that doesn't make sense to me!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
I'm ready to buy a LCD TV, Which brands to stay away from? I'm looking at Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, Sharp, LG? I'm trying to decide which TV is going to be best for us. I bought my first LCD about 3 years ago, a 42' Envision 720p which looked great at the time, but recently has lost a lot of its sharp clarity (but still looks like a good HD picture don't get me wrong) just now as good as the ones i see in stores these days. I knew over some years it would wear, but I didnt expect such a drop off in 3 years. Guess thats because it was an Envision. Anyways, I'm currently shopping some 37 to 42 inch tv's. Some 60 hz, Some 120hz. I've leaning towards either a 40 Toshiba Regza 1080 120hz, 40 Sony Bravia 1080 60 hz, or 42 LG 1080 120hz I just don't know which brands are the best. I know the Samsung is top quality from what I hear, and I saw a Sharp AQUOS I liked but have been told to stay away from Sharp by friends. Whats your expert opinions on these brands of LCD HDTVS? 1. How much money are you willing to spend. I would like to get out under 1000 after taxes, and warranty 2. Will the screen be anywhere near outside light? Theres one window in the room, shaded by a huge tree w/ blinds. does put out light but not much. I have my 42inch there now and dont get any glare 3. What are the dimensions of the room the tv will be in? 25 x 20 appx 4. Will you be watching movies, or sports? Both, more sports 5. Will there be any kids around under the age of 10? No kids Also, I have a PS3 but the plan is to play it on the 42 envision Im putting in my game room
which LCD tv is better / should I buy? Samsung 37" 1080p Flat-Panel LCD HDTV** (LN37A530) or Sharp Aquos 37" 1080p LCD HDTV** (LC37D64U) I am really unknowledgable as far as the specs on these things are now, can anyone help me with which is better

I want a receiver that will hook up to my HDMI Tv, Cable, PS3 and Xbox. But i dont want to spend Alot? Im shopping for a receiver, one that already has a subwoofer inside of it or comes with it for a good price (no more then $200) I have a 37" Sharp LCD 1080p tv with 5 inputs on it, two of them are hdmi. I however have 4 things that have hdmi hook ups so i have to disconnect one to see another. I have my PC, Cable, Xbox360, and PS3 and is a hassle hooking and unhooking. I already have surround sound speakers but no subwoofer, my old receiver came with the woofer inside of it. Im looking for something i can hook all of these objects up to and have surround sound without disconnecting anything. I also have fiber optical cables on the Xbox360 Ps3 and Cable i would like to use all at the same time. Does anyone know of some advice of what to buy? I would like to have alteast 300W. There is a phillips surround sound system with dvd player and all that has 1000W of power for only 150, but it doesn't have connections to hook up all the things for the surround sound, just the dvd player. Is there something i could buy to hook all of it up at once to that dvd player?
please help me about my sharp aquos? i just bought a 37" sharp aquos LCD tv a few weeks ago. the picture is not as clear as it advertises while in the dept. store. this makes me very guilty buying a very expensive tv when my old tv is still in top shape. i'm using a not-so high end dvd player. should i change my dvd player to what they call the high definition one? does it make a VERY BIG difference if i purchase that kind of dvd player. i need to know becoz i might get guilty again if i buy this but still won't change the picture of my LVD tv.
Vizio 42" 1080p vs. Samsung or Sharp 37" 1080i (720p)? I'm looking into buying a LCD Tv before I head back to college this year, and was looking to get some people's opinions on whether The Vizio 42" 1080p VU42L will be worth it when I will only be playing Xbox360 Elite games and watching HD DVD's on it, since I cannot recieve HD signal at the college dorms. Or should I go for maybe a 37" 720p, but a more reputable company like sharp. Either way, my limits $1000. I heard HD DVDs only output a resolution of 720p anyways yet, and I'm not interested in investing in any blu-ray disk player in the near future. Any thoughts?
Which is better for, LCD tv, or LCD monitor for my computer? I want something with 1080p. I read that the 1920 X 1200 on the monitor is 1080p. Here are some I was looking at. ------------------------------------------------------------ 28" Monitor - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254026 26" tv - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889187076 Or something more like this, 37'' TV - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889187078 26'' Monitor - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001264 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Granted only a couple are similar, the 37 in is the largest I would go. Now, here are the things I do: Depending on the month, or season, I do different things. For example: In the winter I watch shows, specifically anime, some movies, and play more games. The summer I do more internet browsing and research, some anime, some movie, little amount of games. It just depends. I rarely watch TV, so it doesn't really matter to me if theres a TV tuner or not. But, I may buy a PS3, so a TV would be better for it. Though, I wouldn't play it more then a couple hours a week if Im lucky, just because I do it when theres nothing else to do. So, the biggest thing I do is watch Anime and Movies, then internet surfing, then play games, then watch TV. I need something that will be sharp for reading text. Also, in general, the screen is on all day when I am home, even if im not on it. At night I shut the screen off, and when I go to work. So, during the week, it may be on for 4-6 hrs or so, on the weekends, its on 10-18 hrs, depending on when I get up. If I had to worry about something getting burned in, like if I left a predominately white screen on, I don't want it to burn in a picture of whats on the screen. I beleive Plasma TV's do that, but, I don't really know much about TV's, just Monitors as a rule. So, not sure if LCD Tvs do that. So which one of those is best for what I do, or will do? I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit, an 8800 gt 512mb graphics card, so no worries about that.
LCD TV question. HD ready.? I want to buy HD ready lcd TV (resolution 1366x768 and not full HD with 1080p). IS MY OPINION CORRECT? I do not have good quality/HDsources (DVDs, BluRays), because I rather download a 700 MB or rather 1.5 GB ripped films. In my country HD TV will be compulsory from 2012, and I am not intended to watch local TV ( I watch only Standard definition (480p) Free-to air satellite TV channels that I am interested in). I do not have BluRay player, and it's unlikely I will buy any original BR discs. I am very visual person and bad pixeling disturbs me very much, so I am rather willing to spend for a sub HD lcd TV to have watchable TV channels on it than buy a popular full HD TV and suffer watching crap pixels. What do you think? I consider brands like Sony, Toshiba, Sharp. In Hungary now I see Sharp LC37D44E and Toshiba 37AV635. Also Sharp LC42AD5( but an old 2005 model). I tend for Toshiba. What do you think? Their price is the same as full HD, butprice is not important. I have now a 29" Sony CRT, great TV, but need a flat TV also and would be happy with 40" or 42 " TV, but 37" is what is available now :( whiich is still okay.
Choosing between a sharp and a philips lcd hdtv. Help!? I am looking at a pair of tv's, a philips 32pfl5322d, and a sharp lc-32sh12u. Both are 32 inch lcd's, and they are about the same price, 750-800. the main spec differences i can see are that the philips has 3200:1 contrast, while the sharp has 1200:1 contrast, and the sharp has a response time of 6ms while the philips has 8ms. the philips is slightly brighter. i will mainly be using it to watch tv (sd for now, maybe ill get hd in a little bit), xbox 360, and dvds (i only have upconverting, no hd dvd or blu ray) Which tv is better? are the contrast ratio and response time differences significant? here are the links to the sites sharp- http://www.sharpusa.com/products/ModelDetailedSpecs/0,1161,1841-,00.html# philips- http://www.consumer.philips.com/consumer/catalog/tree/en/us/consumer/tv_gr_us_consumer/flat_tv_ca_us_consumer/lcd_large_30_40_su_us_consumer/ce/_activeTab_specifications/_productId_32PFL5322D_37_US_CONSUMER/digital_widescreen_flat_TV+32PFL5322D_37?proxybus

3rd LCD TV with open pixel. Is it just me? I have now purchased 3 LCD TVs from Costco this month. Two 37" inch Vizios and now a 40" Sharp Aquos. All three have had at least one bright screen pixel that is always on. Is this just the way they all are or should I try for a fourth one? I am sick of taking them off the wall and dragging them back. Any advice would be helpful. Thank-you!
LCD TV - purchasing - need advice picking a brand? I am looking to buy a new or used LCD TV. Not looking to spend more than $800. I have found some used ones that will be at that range and 42" then i saw a couple of new ones at that range and 37". What i'm wondering about is brand. What brands are good? Sharp, samsung, JVC, sony? I have no idea what is good and what is not, vs. what to stay away from. Any advise would be helpful!
Laptop to LCD TV via VGA cable question? I am connecting my computer to my TV via a VGA cord, and I've been able to get it to work before FULL SCREEN, but I can't remember how. As of now its working with bars on the left and right which is acceptable. The main problem is as soon as I shut the lid of the computer the picture disappears. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it to use my computer as a monitor even when the lid is shut. I already configured the power save settings to "do nothing" when the lid of the computer is shut. The TV is an LG LCD 37" 1080p 60mhz refresh rate. My overall goal is to get the settings back to how they were before, full screen sharp image even when the laptop is closed. My graphics card is a ATI Radeon Mobility 1300x and I'm using Windows XP Media Center edition. I have catalyst control center installed on the PC which can be used in addition to regular display manager.
LCD or Plasma TV - for 37-42"? - mainly for blu-ray and PS3 - will want Freesat built-in (i live in a flat with a shared communal outdoor aerial - i understand i will not need a dish installed as a result) - budget: £500-£900 Is LCD technology as good as plasma in terms of contrast ratios and refresh rates? Would a plasma be as sharp and crisp as an LCD to an average human eye? lastly, is the burn-in effect with plasma still a problem nowadays? Apologies for asking a common question, but after lengthy research and speaking to numerous retailers, I am still undecided on the technologies. perhaps you could lend your viewpoints and help me make an informed choice! many thanks sk
Help me find a TV!!!? I am looking for a 37" 720p lcd tv or a 42" 720p plasma. I want a name brand tv. Sony, samsung, sharp for the lcd. Panasonic for the plasma. My limit is $700. Can I find something for this price?
why do smaller size LCD TV's have the same native resolution as larger LCD TV's? I'm no newbie when it comes to TV technologies, but one thing that's puzzled me is the resolutions of LCD TV's (or any other type of TV). More specifically, how can 37'', 45'', and 50'' HDTV's have the same resolution (1366x768) as my 26'' Sharp LDC HDTV? Doesn't the resolution, when multiplied together, just give you the total pixel count of your TV (I could be wrong with this)? If that's true, how can bigger TV's have the same pixel count as smaller ones? I can understand if the resolution from a 26'' versus a 37'' might stay the same, but how can a 45'' TV have the same resolution as the 26'' one? Are the pixels bigger in those larger TV's? Because when you look at COMPUTER monitors, usually when you go up in size, you also get a higher resolution. Why is this not the case for TV's? I'm quite curious.
Im having a problem with my LCD flat panel tv? The color red no longer shows up. Instead sometimes it is a brownish color or almost grey. The whole spectrum of red including different shades and pinks are off. I cant even tell what the true color is. Does anyone know how much this would be to fix or what is wrong? Its a sharp aquos 37" about 2 years old. thank you
RGB cable vs. HDMI cable? i bought an HDMI cable for my 37" sharp aquos LCD tv. my tv is 720p. but seems to me that my RGB cable gave me clearer picture compared to the HDMI. could this be really possible? that RGB in this case, is better than HDMI? okay, i am using a pioneer high definition dvd player.

Setting the picture quality on my new Samsung LCD??? Please help? I just bought a new 37 " lcd over the weekend and prior to this, have never owned a lcd TV before. Currently, I only have it connected to a portable aerial (so picture quality isn’t great, but this is only temporary) After looking through the manual, there is a section on picture quality. What I would like to know is some recommended picture quality settings for the ultimate best picture quality i.e. (Mode, contrast, brightness, sharpest, colour, backlight etc) Thanks
Is my tv 1080 p? just got a new 37" sharp lcd hdtv at office depot for $799. it was a steal because it was a floor model. anyways, it didnt come with the box and i can't find it in the manual but idk if its 1080 p. its NOT the Aquos brand from sharp on the manual theres a list of 3 model numbers, here's one of them "Lc-26sh12u" 720 or 1080?
new lcd tv picture not as good as old conventional tv. would better scart leads make a difference? I have a new 37" Sony Bravia L.C.D. tv but the picture quality is not as good as my old 20" conventional tv. Currently i have a basic sky box and a dvd player connected to the tv through a set of cheap scart leads. The dvd picture is perfect, can't fault it but the sky channels are not as sharp and have a slight blurrynous sometimes. Could the buying of better quality scart leads make much difference? Oviously when you upgrade your tv you expect upgraded pictures.Any help or advice on this subject would be very much appreciated.

I'm n the market for a new Laptop and LCD. What combo sould I buy if I wanted to get 1080p from laptop to LCD? Ran out of room on the subject line. Here is the laptop I am looking at: Sony VIAO VGN-FZ180U/B (with Bluray) http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921665171952 Here is the LCD I am looking at: Sharp AQUOS 37" LC-37GP1U http://www.buy.com/prod/sharp-aquos-lc-37gp1u-37-1080p-lcd-hdtv-8500-1-dynamic-contrast-ratio/q/loc/111/204116817.html Please don't respond with more questions. My goal is to turn my laptop on and my TV and the laptop transmit picture quality to my TV of equal standard to my laptop. Including the Bluray. Is it too much to ask for a plug and play operation without having to upgrade a graphics card or any of that BS? If the two products I mentioned above are not the best choices please get to the point and let me know what laptop and TV I would need to buy to achieve what I am looking for. Thanks, Austin - It has to be a laptop because I am not really in a position to buy a desktop. I will be using the laptop the same amount that I would be normally using it but when I am home I would just want to hook it up to my LCD and use my wireless keyboard and mouse. - The specs on the computer should pull up but it does have a HDMI out. It is also has a Buleray DVD drive.
what tv should I buy for use with laptop? I have an old laptop that I use, it also has a dvd player on it. I want to hook it up to an lcd tv via the vga cable, so I can watch streamed internet and downloaded movies. I only have SD cable TV and want to get a 37" - 42" TV. What does anyone recommend since I probably won't be watching a whole lot of HD TV on it. Is it worth me getting a 1080p or should I just get 720p and is it worth getting a high end model like Sharp/Sony or will a Vizio/Magnavox/Olvedia be fine for my purposes?
How do i get the 1080p resolution on my Xbox 360? I bought my HDMI cable yesterday and I hooked everything up. I went into the HDTV settings to update the resolution from 480p, 720p, 1080i (cant remember what it was on) to 1080p, and it was blacked out. Another tab opened up saying "HD Color Source" or something. I bought this cables specifically for the 1080p setting and the TV i have is more then compatible. (Sharp: 37' LCD, HDMI por and all) Please Help people! Thanks!
How do I get the 1080p resolution on my 360? I bought my HDMI Cable the other day for my 360 and when i went to change the HDTV setting from 480, 720 or 1080i (not sure what it as currently on) to 1080p, 1080p was blacked out. The TV i have is more then compatible with HDMi (Sharp: 37' LCD) so i know thats not the problem. What do i need and what do i need to do to get the 1080p resolution?
Home Theater Setup Audio? My brother recently bought a Sharp 32" LCD TV and already owned a Phillips HTS3544/37 Home Theater System. I have all the speakers set up and the video of this composite audio/video cables connected to Input 2 of the tv (which the video will soon be replace with an hdmi cable). I have the two red and white audio cables plugged into the TV Audio In ports of the home theater base to the Audio Out ports on the back of the TV. I can get audio through the 5.1 speakers when the source is from the home theater system but when I watch tv or play on the 360 that is connected to Input 1 of the TV, the audio comes out of the TV speakers. How do I fix this? i think i tried the tv mode but ill try that again. i looked around in the setup for the tv and i found nothing of selecting internal or external. ill check again
