Olevia lcd tv reviews if any.? Has anyone had any experience with Olevia tv? I have done some research, they are assembled in America with Asian manufactured parts. They are for sure low dollar but all I need one for is the dining room so it doesn't need to be top of the line. This Olevia name is owned by a company called Syntax-Brillian of Tempe, Arizona. They also own Vivitar, Walmart is one seller Ebay another. This is what I read online so I don't know for sure, that is why I was asking. Do you rember when nobody had heard of Vizio, last year they out sold Samsung on price alone.

Any reviews for the TCL 19C15H HD Ready LCD TV? I'm deciding whether to purchase the Toshiba 19DV500 or the TCL 19C15H. The TCL has 3 extra years warranty and is just £25 more than the Toshiba. There are reviews for the 24" version of the 19C15H with an average rating of 4/5 stars. The bigger versions also received great reviews. Can anyone who owns the 19C15H please post a review? Can never be too careful, the Toshiba TV could be better.

Reviews on Samsung LED LCD TV? Anyone who has bought the new Samsung LED LCD TV, released in March 2009, what do you think? I was looking to buy a 40" LCD, either the newest "750" model, $1,400 + or the new LED LCD at $2,300 +. I know the LED is thinner, but is the picture better, or have you had any unforeseen problems (since it is a brand new model)?

Can an LCD tv be fixed if the inside is cracked? I have heard mixed reviews about this, I have an lcd tv that fell over while I was out the power button still has a light and goes on but when I turn the tv on you can see where the screen cracked, can this be repaired or is the tv just junk?
I have a question about LCD tv's? I've been reading customer reviews about LCD tv's online and some people mention that they find a dead pixel right out of the box on some of them. What exactly is a dead pixel, and should I specifically avoid those brands that have that problem? I noticed that more than one brand/model of tv is said to have this problem. What causes it? Also, what is the difference between HDTV and EDTV?
What LCD TV to buy for standard def signals? I want to buy a 32" LCD for our bedroom. However, we will not have an HDTV cable box in that room and therefore will be watching lots of basic cable. Reading reviews, alot of people complain about the picture for non-HD channels on plasma/LCD tv's. Any suggestions or wisdom?

How do I get my freeview to work on my Samsung LCD TV? I am having problems getting my Freeview to work on my TV. How do I tune the color quality on my Samsung LCD HD TV? I just bought a Samsung LN-40A630 40" LCD HD TV, and I was wondering how to tune the color. HD Projector or LCD TV? Building a movie / sports room. Debating over HD projector or LCD TV. Read many reviews concerning how dark the room should be with a projector; which would be fine while watching a movie. The other plus is I can install a large screen. BUT I'm a big sports fan and it not the greatest thing to watch sports with the lights off. Football and other sports brings family and friends together. The largest TV on the market is 65 in. - THOUGHTS?

The picture is not clear on my new 37" LCD Olevia TV. Is it because Im connecting basic cable thru my old VCR? I purchased the $14 basic cable (non-digital) through my provider and my brand new LCD TV does not have a cable input so I have to connect to cable using my 10 year old VCR. Could that be the reason why the picture is not as crisp as I had hoped for? Do I need digital cable to use a flat panel TV? If I need a new DVD or VCR player to connect to the TV for a better picture, which brand/model would be the least expensive one I could get away with? I'm regretting not purchasing the LG LCD TV, but this Olevia got excellent reviews and I purchased it through an online store so I'm not able to return it. Please help! Thank you.
What do you think about the Sony Bravia LCD TV range? In particular the W series? Im thinking of buying the Sony Bravia KLD -40W2000. I read amazing reviews on it but after having gone to see it in a shop, some of the assistants told me it was overrated, and overly-priced. I looked pretty good though. If you have considered this tv yourself or even have one please let me know what you think. I need a final push before making this investment. Thanks.

Samsung 32" LCD tv is fuzzy on "regular" digital channels...? i have the "component cable" that came with the HD box provided by my cable company. i also have an "S" video cable and the standard RG6 hooked up as well. I am just not satisfied with the picture on the regular channels...it looks fuzzy to me, but the HD channels look awesome (all 20 or so of them). is there anything i can do to make the other channels come in clearer? i've heard of HDMI cables, but will that solve my problem and is it worth the money. i have a Samsung LNT3242 series tv (32"LCD). I read reviews on it before i bought it and it was rated very high, but i'm not happy with what i'm seeing so far. This is on Time Warner cable, not Dish or DirecTV
Which LCD TV should i buy? I am looking to spend around $800-900 on a new TV. I have found a Vizio VL470M and Philips 47PFL7403 at Sam's for around this price. I was wondering which, of the two, would be a better choice. I have read MANY reviews of both and they seem pretty equal, but many of the reviewers were previous owners of each brand or this is their first LCD TV, so the reviews look biased. Here is the Vizio: http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&rlz=1G1GGLQ_ENUS349&q=Vizio+VL470m&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=1121627821632872207&ei=IrsyS-2eIZCcswO7ody9BA&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=4&ved=0CB4Q8wIwAw&os=tech-specs and the Philips: http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-tvs/philips-47pfl7403/4507-6482_7-32815563.html?tag=mncolBtm;rnav (Pls just go by the Specs on the pages) I am mostly looking for longevity and reliability, but of course I would like good color, sound (I'm not hooking it up to surround sound any time soon), HD quality, and PC compatibility. If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears. I require it to be at least 46" and have a refresh rate of at least 120hz. Thanks in advance.
What is the best 52" LCD TV to buy right now? I want to get a new TV and I don't know what brand or model is best. I've checked into Sony and Samsung, and while both brands get lots of praise, there are also some very negative reviews.
why does my new plasma tv look worse than my old Lcd? Its an lg px950 super high reviews everywhere, my old tv is a sony lcd tv about 3 years old. They are both 1080p and the px950 has every awesome part you could imagine from a 600hz refresh rate to 3d conversion. The 2d picture does not look all that smooth, its isnt as bright as my backlit tv. I am just wondering how one of the top reviewed tvs is getting beat by this old sony. Any ideas? satellite dish, 1080 p source same as it always was
Can you recommend an LCD TV for me? I'm lost in this sea of choices. I only have a few requirements and now I'm having trouble finding a highly reviewed TV with all of my needs. Here's what I'm looking for: - LCD - 2ms response time (I suppose 4ms would be OK. I'm using it as a PC monitor/gaming so this is VERY important) - 1080p - 46" - 120hz or higher - Low gloss screen (I have a lot of windows) - Decent reviews would be good - I need to mount it on the wall above a fireplace. Is this possible will any TV as long as a I have the correct mounting device? - Preferably under $1500, but if necessary I'll budge to get what I want. Any suggestions or insight would be very greatly appreciated. Just trying to find a decent starting point. I'm gonna work hard to make sure I'm happy with my purchase before pulling the trigger. It's a good chunk of change for me. Thanks in advance.
What is a good contrast ratio for an lcd tv? I was looking to buy a couple of bedroom lcd's and was looking at a 23" Samsung (http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-and-plasma/samsung-ln-s2351w-23/4507-6482_7-31791672.html?tag=sub), until I found this 26" Westinghouse. http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?catg=535&item=368476&prDeTab=2&pCatg=5883#A The only difference I could find was the contrast ratio; the Samsung was 3000:1 and the Westinghouse was 800:1. Is contrast ratio a big deal, and is 800:1 fair, or should I get the samsung?

Why does my 720p LCD TV say 480i when I am watching cable TV? I bought a 32 inch LCD Toshiba today, and it is a great reviewed television. I am wondering why when I watch cable and i look at the settings it says it is on 480i. Do I have to buy HD cable from my provider, or can I change this through the settings? Thanks
Anyone have any dealings with Westinghouse LCD TV's? http://www.ecost.com/Detail.aspx?edp=38663731 Even at refurbished that price just seems to good for a decent LCD TV I have read some reviews and a lot of them don't seem favorable... Anyone else have a personnel experience with this television brand especially with their LCD TV's
Magnavox or Sanyo for LCD TV? Walmart has a sale on Sanyo 46" LCD 1080p. Sams Club is selling a 42" Magnavox for the same price as the Sanyo. I've been doing research on which is the best LCD brand and my head is swimming right now with all the infor on questions to ask and things to look for out there. Both TVs have mixed reviews so that is not helping much. Any tech experts out there know which of the two is a steal? If I was to go larger, say 50", which brand is the best all things considered?
what LCD TV should I get? Hello everyone, I am planning to buy an LCD TV, probably 46” or above. My budget is somewhere around $1200.00. There are lots of brand out there and I am not sure which one I should get. I know Sony is used to be the best, but I am seeing lots of Samsungs good reviews. I was wondering if someone could advice me what to look and what not to look. Thanks.
Samsung 40" 1080p 60hz LCD TV - never once reviewed? I have googled the specific model number, LN40B500, and I cannot find one customer review for this television. It is advertised under Best Buys Black Friday ad, and this specific model # is not being sold at Samsung.com, so I'm tryin to check out some customer opinions - and there are absolutely none! Is this TV brand new? Or crap TV's made from spare parts for Black Friday only? I just cannot believe there is not one customer review to be found!
